Corner View is a weekly appointment - each Wednesday - created by Jane, where bloggers from all corners of the world share their view on a pre-arranged theme. If you'd like to join in, please leave a link to your Corner View post in the comments below, and be sure to visit other participants too.
Many thanks to Elsa for the theme today!
Somewhere else in Paris lives a fiber artist whom you know already from Corner View. Svea of Swig works with wool, and felts it to make animals and other things. Her work was recently featured in Marie Claire Idées. She makes the cutest felt animals, which I'd been admiring from the pages of her blog, but it's only when I received my very own little rabbit with its own carrot (and many other things that Svea added) and held them in my hands, that I could see how surprisingly soft and yet compact, how beautifully detailed their wool texture is: they are amazing felt sculptures. Thank you Svea!
Happy Corner Viewing!
