Oh, no, you can't really call my garden "beautiful" in this season: very few fall and winter vegetables are growing there (cabbage and artichokes), and some year-round ones (chard, parsley and other herbs), but mostly it's end-of-season plants, wilted and yellowing. Yet there's something beautiful in vegetation that continues growing, blossoming and fruiting off-season, until the very last ray of warm sunlight graces them.
