We've enjoyed some gorgeous sunny days this week: it's that time of year again. Finally!
It's time to get our ice cream maker out, and make gelato - the first of the season - with the lemons from a friend's tree. They're wonderfully juicy lemons, and nothing is wasted.
Not even the peels. But that's is another story, for another time ...
